Candidates for county offices will debate the weekend after our state/federal hopefuls. Candidates participating are: 

  • Lake County Sheriff: Mark Curran (R), John Idleburg (D)
  • Lake County Clerk: Carla Wyckoff (R), Robin M. O’Connor (D)
  • Lake County Treasurer: David Stolman (R), Holly Kim (D)
  • Lake County Board 11th District: Rebecca “Becky” Zeidman (R), Paul Frank (D) 
  • Lake County Board 21st District: Ann B. Maine (R), Susan Malter (D)

Cosponsoring the debate are the Leagues of Women Voters of Deerfield Area, Highland Park/Highwood, and Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Area, along with Christ United Methodist Church.
